Joshua Churchill

President
Born and raised in San Diego, Joshua Churchill brings a strong foundation of discipline, drive, and resilience—qualities honed through years of dedication to sports and music. With a background in plumbing and construction, Joshua made a pivotal decision to invest in his personal and professional growth by entering the Management Training Program.

His hands-on experience, combined with a relentless work ethic, has positioned him as a leader committed to building something greater—not just for himself, but for those around him. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys golfing and values time with family. Today, he is focused on creating a lasting professional legacy that empowers others and provides long-term freedom for his loved ones.

Marianna Cruz

HR Team
Marianna brings her background in education, where she taught 4th–6th grade, into her role on the HR team with patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills. As the youngest of seven siblings, she has always embraced teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Outside of work, Marianna enjoys hands-on creativity and problem-solving — she builds drift cars and custom PCs, combining technical skill with innovation. She also loves cooking and bringing people together through food, always adding her own flavor to every dish she makes.

Adriana Yanez

Human Resources
Born and raised in Sacramento, Adriana Yanez brings a strong background in business and real estate to her role in human resources. Known for her compassion and people-first approach, Adriana is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for both new hires and current team members.

Her warm personality and commitment to helping others make her a trusted resource within the organization. Outside of work, Adriana enjoys baking and spending quality time with her loved ones—often brightening the office with her homemade treats.

Aaron Erricson

Compliance Manager
Originally from Tarzana, CA, Aaron Erricson brings a team-driven mindset shaped by his background as a competitive swimmer and diver. He’s carried that same focus and discipline into his professional journey, where he has held key roles at major corporations such as Wells Fargo, Intuit, and Target—specializing in training, development, and compliance.

Aaron joined Churchill Promotions seeking a career where he could take full ownership of his growth and long-term success. His commitment to structure, people development, and operational excellence has made him an integral part of the organization. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys camping, fishing, and quality time with his family. He’s also known for firing up the grill and cooking for the team during our weekly team nights.

Simon Burton Jr.

Inventory Manager
Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Simon Burton Jr. brings valuable experience from his background in retail sales. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, Simon plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Simon is passionate about playing pool and has set his sights on one day competing in the U.S. Open Pool Championship. His drive and competitive spirit shine through both on and off the table.

Jeffrey Zachay

Junior Director
Born and raised in San Diego, Jeffrey Zachay developed a lifelong passion for baseball and the Padres. He earned his degree in economics but soon realized the traditional career path wasn’t providing the growth and fulfillment he was seeking. Driven to create a more dynamic future, Jeffrey made a bold pivot into a new industry—where his leadership, analytical mindset, and competitive spirit continue to thrive.

Nesar Sultani

Junior Director
Originally from Afghanistan, Nesar Sultani immigrated to the United States in pursuit of financial freedom and a better future for his family. His journey is fueled by determination, resilience, and a strong desire to lead by example.

Outside of work, Nesar is passionate about wrestling, fitness, and high-performance cars. A true enthusiast, he one day hopes to own his dream car—a Koenigsegg Jesko.

Gurkiran Sandhu

Account Training Manager
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Gurkiran Sandhu moved to the United States just a year ago to pursue greater opportunities for growth. With a background in sports—particularly softball—she developed a strong competitive edge and a team-first mindset that she brings into every aspect of her professional journey.

Gurkiran is currently pursuing a degree in business, with the goal of one day running her own company. Her drive, focus, and leadership potential make her a rising force within the organization.

Michael Frank

Account Training Manager
One fun fact about me is that I can solve a Rubik’s cube in under 10 seconds. Outside of work, I enjoy playing the drums and working on cars. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the positive environment and the opportunities it provides for growth. One of my biggest learning experiences has been embracing the idea of “failing forward” by trying, learning, and improving through mistakes. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to have over $2,000,000 saved and begin building a strong real estate portfolio.

Shafudin Nur Burshar

Account Training Manager
Originally from Malaysia, Shafudin Nur Burshar moved to the United States two years ago with a mission to create a better future for his family. A gifted linguist fluent in seven languages, Shafudin quickly made an impact in his new environment, earning multiple academic achievement awards during his first year in the U.S.

Driven, disciplined, and creative, he spends his free time working out, listening to music, and producing his own tracks. With a deep passion for music, Shafudin aspires to one day build a successful career in the industry while continuing to grow professionally and make a difference for those around him.

Angel Moreno

I enjoy trying new restaurants and sampling different energy drinks whenever I get the chance. Outside of work, I spend my time going to the gym, developing new skills, listening to music, and making memories with friends and family. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the strong team environment and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally every day. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of building confidence and improving communication skills, which has helped me succeed in both my career and everyday interactions. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to run a successful business, continue growing financially, and help lead and mentor others so they can achieve success as well.

Edwin Ramirez

I have a passion for cars and enjoy finding new ways to grow financially. In my free time, you can usually find me hiking outdoors or working on cars. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the positive environment and being surrounded by motivated people who encourage one another to grow, improve, and succeed. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of staying open-minded, adaptable, and hardworking, as real growth comes from discipline, consistent effort, and a commitment to getting better every day. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to continue growing both personally and professionally, build a successful business, and create long-term financial stability through dedication and hard work.

Eliza Bedolla

I enjoy trying new foods and discovering new music to listen to whenever I can. Outside of work, I like spending time with friends and family, watching shows, shopping, and enjoying music. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the teamwork and encouraging environment that helps everyone feel supported and motivated to succeed. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is how to communicate more effectively and stay calm during busy or stressful situations, which has helped me become more confident, responsible, and adaptable. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to continue growing in my career, achieve greater financial stability, and keep working toward my personal goals and long-term success.

Jennifer Vergara-Pabon

One fun fact about me is that I serve in the military, and I enjoy camping and playing sports whenever I have the opportunity. Outside of work, I like spending my free time fishing and playing basketball. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the opportunity to learn new skills and grow both personally and professionally. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of asking questions when I don't understand something and being willing to learn from those around me. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to have my own office, build a strong and successful team, and continue developing as a leader.

One fun fact about me is that I have a cat. Outside of work, I enjoy watching shows and going on walks to relax and unwind. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the inspiration and motivation I receive from my manager and team, who encourage me to keep pushing forward even when challenges arise. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of accountability and taking ownership of my actions, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to build a successful career, own a home, and continue working hard to achieve even greater goals for my future.

Noah Casares

Born and raised in Las Vegas, I may be from the city known for gambling, but it's never been my thing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my son, especially exploring new restaurants and trying different foods together. One of my favorite things about working at Churchill is the positive and encouraging environment that motivates everyone to succeed. The biggest lesson I've learned is that consistency is the foundation of continual growth and long-term success. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to own multiple businesses, build several streams of income, and travel the world with my son while creating lasting memories along the way.

Luis Perez Ortiz

I was born in North Carolina and raised in Aguascalientes, Mexico, giving me a unique perspective shaped by both cultures. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially through outdoor activities like camping, visiting the lake, and barbecuing. One of my favorite things about working at Churchill is the challenge it provides—the high standards, level of involvement required, opportunities to meet new people, and the chance to travel. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is how to maintain composure in difficult situations and communicate effectively with people both inside and outside the workplace. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to help put my family in a better position, including working toward resolving my parents' immigration status so they can reunite with and visit the rest of our family in the United States.
