President

Born and raised in San Diego, Joshua Churchill brings a strong foundation of discipline, drive, and resilience—qualities honed through years of dedication to sports and music. With a background in plumbing and construction, Joshua made a pivotal decision to invest in his personal and professional growth by entering the Management Training Program.

His hands-on experience, combined with a relentless work ethic, has positioned him as a leader committed to building something greater—not just for himself, but for those around him. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys golfing and values time with family. Today, he is focused on creating a lasting professional legacy that empowers others and provides long-term freedom for his loved ones.

Marianna Cruz

HR Team

Marianna brings her background in education, where she taught 4th–6th grade, into her role on the HR team with patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills. As the youngest of seven siblings, she has always embraced teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Outside of work, Marianna enjoys hands-on creativity and problem-solving — she builds drift cars and custom PCs, combining technical skill with innovation. She also loves cooking and bringing people together through food, always adding her own flavor to every dish she makes.

Adriana Yanez

Human Resources

Born and raised in Sacramento, Adriana Yanez brings a strong background in business and real estate to her role in human resources. Known for her compassion and people-first approach, Adriana is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for both new hires and current team members.

Her warm personality and commitment to helping others make her a trusted resource within the organization. Outside of work, Adriana enjoys baking and spending quality time with her loved ones—often brightening the office with her homemade treats.

Aaron Erricson

Compliance Manager

Originally from Tarzana, CA, Aaron Erricson brings a team-driven mindset shaped by his background as a competitive swimmer and diver. He’s carried that same focus and discipline into his professional journey, where he has held key roles at major corporations such as Wells Fargo, Intuit, and Target—specializing in training, development, and compliance.

Aaron joined Churchill Promotions seeking a career where he could take full ownership of his growth and long-term success. His commitment to structure, people development, and operational excellence has made him an integral part of the organization. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys camping, fishing, and quality time with his family. He’s also known for firing up the grill and cooking for the team during our weekly team nights.

Simon Burton Jr.

Inventory Manager

Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Simon Burton Jr. brings valuable experience from his background in retail sales. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, Simon plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Simon is passionate about playing pool and has set his sights on one day competing in the U.S. Open Pool Championship. His drive and competitive spirit shine through both on and off the table.

Jeffrey Zachay

Junior Director

Born and raised in San Diego, Jeffrey Zachay developed a lifelong passion for baseball and the Padres. He earned his degree in economics but soon realized the traditional career path wasn’t providing the growth and fulfillment he was seeking. Driven to create a more dynamic future, Jeffrey made a bold pivot into a new industry—where his leadership, analytical mindset, and competitive spirit continue to thrive.

Nesar Sultani

Junior Director

Originally from Afghanistan, Nesar Sultani immigrated to the United States in pursuit of financial freedom and a better future for his family. His journey is fueled by determination, resilience, and a strong desire to lead by example.

Outside of work, Nesar is passionate about wrestling, fitness, and high-performance cars. A true enthusiast, he one day hopes to own his dream car—a Koenigsegg Jesko.

Gurkiran Sandhu

Account Training Manager

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Gurkiran Sandhu moved to the United States just a year ago to pursue greater opportunities for growth. With a background in sports—particularly softball—she developed a strong competitive edge and a team-first mindset that she brings into every aspect of her professional journey.

Gurkiran is currently pursuing a degree in business, with the goal of one day running her own company. Her drive, focus, and leadership potential make her a rising force within the organization.

Michael Frank

Account Training Manager

Michael has a unique talent for solving a Rubik’s Cube in under 10 seconds. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the drums and working on cars, combining creativity with a hands-on passion for learning and buildings. One of Michael’s favorite aspects of working at Churchill is the positive environment and the opportunities it provides for personal and professional growth. Throughout his experience, Michael has learned the value of “failing forward”—being willing to try new things, learn from mistakes, and use those experiences as opportunities to improve and grow. Looking ahead, Michael’s goal over the next five years is to have more than $2 million in savings and begin building a strong real estate portfolio. He is committed to continued growth, learning, and taking consistent steps toward achieving long-term financial success.

Shafudin Nur Burshar

Account Training Manager

Shafudin was born in Myanmar and grew up in Malaysia, giving him a unique perspective shaped by different cultures and experiences. Shafudin also speaks multiple languages and enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and both playing and watching sports. One of his favorite aspects of working at Churchill is having great mentors and being surrounded by like-minded people who genuinely care about and support one another. One of the biggest lessons Shafudin has learned is the importance of “Learn, Earn, and Return.” He believes that success is not only about personal growth and achievement, but also about using the knowledge and experience gained along the way to make a positive impact on others. Looking ahead, Shafudin’s goal over the next five years is not only to achieve personal success but also to help the people she encounters along the way become successful in their own lives. Shafudin is committed to continuing to learn, grow, and give back by helping others reach their full potential.

Angel Moreno

Angel enjoys trying new restaurants and sampling different energy drinks whenever the opportunity arises. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, developing new skills, listening to music, and making lasting memories with friends and family. One of Angel’s favorite parts of working at Churchill is the strong team environment and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally each day. Throughout his experience. Angel has learned the importance of building confidence and strengthening communication skills, which have helped him succeed both professionally and in everyday interactions. Looking ahead, Angel’s goal over the next five years is to build and run a successful business, continue growing financially, and help lead and mentor others so they can reach their own goals and achieve success.

Edwin Ramirez

Edwin has a passion for cars, personal growth, and finding new ways to build financial success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and working on cars, combining a love for adventure with a hands-on interest in the automotive world. One of Edwin’s favorite aspects of working at Churchill is the positive environment and the opportunity to be surrounded by motivated individuals who encourage one another to grow, improve, and succeed. Through his experiences, Edwin has learned the importance of staying open-minded, adaptable, and hardworking. Eliza Bedolla

I enjoy trying new foods and discovering new music to listen to whenever I can. Outside of work, I like spending time with friends and family, watching shows, shopping, and enjoying music. My favorite part of working at Churchill is the teamwork and encouraging environment that helps everyone feel supported and motivated to succeed. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is how to communicate more effectively and stay calm during busy or stressful situations, which has helped me become more confident, responsible, and adaptable. Looking ahead, my goal over the next five years is to continue growing in my career, achieve greater financial stability, and keep working toward my personal goals and long-term success.

Jennifer Vergara-Pabon

Jennifer is a dedicated and motivated individual who serves in the military and values discipline, growth, and continuous learning. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping and fishing, as well as playing sports, especially basketball. One of Jennifer’s favorite aspects of working at Churchill is the opportunity to learn new skills and grow both personally and professionally. One of the most important lessons Jennifer has learned is the value of asking questions when something is unclear and being open to learning from the people around her. Jennifer believes that being willing to learn, seek guidance, and continuously improve are essential to personal and professional development. Looking ahead, Jennifer’s goal over the next five years is to have her own office, build a strong and successful team, and continue developing as a leader. Outside of work, Josue enjoys watching shows and going on walks to relax and unwind. His favorite aspect of working at Churchill is the inspiration and motivation he receives from his manager and team, who encourage him to keep pushing forward even when challenges arise. One of the most important lessons Josue has learned is the value of accountability and taking ownership of his actions. This mindset has helped him grow both personally and professionally while becoming more confident when facing challenges. Josue believes that learning from every experience and staying committed to improvement are important steps toward long-term success. Veronica Alcantara

Veronica was born and raised in Las Vegas. Although she grew up in a city famously known for gambling, it has never been something Veronica has been interested in. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her son, especially exploring new restaurants and trying different foods together. One of Veronica's favorite aspects of working at Churchill is the positive and encouraging environment. She appreciates being surrounded by people who motivate and support one another while working toward success. Through her experience, Veronica has learned that consistency is the foundation of continual growth and long-term success. Looking ahead, Veronica’s goal over the next five years is to own multiple businesses, build several streams of income, and create financial independence. Above all, she hopes to travel the world with her son and create lasting memories together along the way.

Luis Perez Ortiz

Luis was born in North Carolina and raised in Aguascalientes, Mexico, giving him a unique perspective shaped by experiences from both cultures. Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially through outdoor activities such as camping, visiting the lake, and barbecuing. One of Luis’s favorite aspects of working at Churchill is the challenge it provides. He appreciates the high standards, the level of involvement required, the opportunity to meet new people, and the chance to travel. These experiences have helped him grow both personally and professionally while developing valuable skills along the way. One of the most important lessons Luis has learned is the importance of maintaining composure in difficult situations and communicating effectively with people both inside and outside of the workplace. Looking ahead, his goal over the next five years is to help put his family in a better position and create greater opportunities for them, including working toward resolving his parents’ immigration status so they can reunite with and visit the rest of their family in the United States.

One of the biggest lessons Magali has learned is that a simple smile can brighten someone else’s day. She believes that maintaining a positive attitude and taking the time to connect with others can make a meaningful difference in someone’s experience. Looking ahead, Magali sees herself continuing to grow within the industry while developing her skills and experience. Her goal over the next five years is to successfully build and run her own business while continuing to create positive experiences for the people around her.

Roberto Rendon

Roberto is an optimistic and outgoing individual who enjoys having fun and making the most out of life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as playing sports. One of Roberto’s favorite aspects of working at Churchill is the opportunity for growth and the pay structure. Above all, he values the people and culture, which create a positive environment to learn and succeed. After graduating high school at 18, Roberto recognized that personal growth was necessary to become the best version of himself. This mindset has motivated him to continue developing, taking on new challenges, and holding himself to a higher standard. Looking ahead, Roberto’s goal over the next five years is to become a wealthy and successful father of two while being proud of the hard work and dedication he invested from a young age. Roberto also hopes to become an example that others can look up to and demonstrate what can be accomplished through commitment, growth, and consistent effort.

One of the biggest lessons Emiliano has learned is that the harder you work, the greater the results can be.
